Caryn D. Fitzgerald is the Managing Member of The Law Office of Caryn Fitzgerald, LLC, a firm she founded in 2019 with a primary focus on real estate law. Previously, Fitzgerald was an associate at Warshaw Law Firm LLC in Warren, NJ providing counsel to clients on guardianship of children with special needs, NJ Anti-bullying Bill of Rights issues and other family court related matters. Earlier in her career, she was a bankruptcy associate at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP in New York.
Fitzgerald earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL and a JD from the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
